David at Bowline Properties was the best realtor we could have chosen for our new home purchase. It was our first home and David was very patient and helpful to us all throughout our home buying process. His expertise in Real Estate and Construction was invaluable. He has a great sense of quality of the workmanship particularly when it comes to recently remodeled homes. He also helped us to see the potential in houses that we might have otherwise discounted. Although we were in a very competitive price range, David never wavered and was happy to meet us for house after house and offer after offer. Being first time home buyers the paperwork and process of closing was overwhelming to us, but David guided us through and even helped us move our new fridge into the kitchen!
